Ghumeli was our first project in F&B industry and the most delicious so far. Here, in Tbilisi city center, we recreated a traditional stone oven weighing more than 3 tons. Ghumeli is a Georgian oven. The name and concept were inspired by childhood tales and the warmth of the word. This stove is believed to remember all the tales and, as long as it stands still, all the heartwarming memories are kept safe.
